1. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SightReader Pro on devices you own or control, for your own practice. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or generated content of the app, except where the law expressly permits it.

2. Free features, trial, and paid plans

SightReader Pro offers a large set of features for free, a time-limited trial of the complete app, and optional paid plans (a subscription and a lifetime purchase) that unlock the remaining features.

• The free trial gives full access for a limited period; when it ends, the app continues to work with the free features unless you purchase a paid plan.
• The scope of free and paid features may change over time. We aim not to remove features you already paid for.

3. Purchases, renewals, and cancellations

All payments are handled by your app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), not by us directly. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal from your app store account settings.
• Refunds are governed by the policy of the store where you bought the app. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through a store.
• The lifetime purchase grants access to the paid features for as long as the app remains available and technically supported; it is not a guarantee of perpetual service beyond that.

4. Microphone and your content

The app can use your microphone to score your practice in real time. Audio is processed on your device and is never uploaded or shared, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any practice data stays on your device.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its curriculum, its generated exercises, and all related content are the property of Margarita Music and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use SightReader Pro lawfully and not to interfere with its normal operation, tamper with it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SightReader Pro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margarita Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except for mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
